The future of HR is shaped by the conversations happening today. As businesses navigate changing workforce expectations and the growing role of technology, having the right people, processes and digital solutions has never been more important.
That’s why Transact2 was proud to be part of the MEF HR National Conference & Convention 2026 (HRNCC 2026), organised by the Malaysian Employers Federation (MEF). The event brought together HR practitioners, business leaders and industry professionals to exchange ideas, explore emerging trends and discuss how technology is shaping the future of work.
With the theme “People First. Technology Forward. Future Focused.”, HRNCC 2026 focused on the evolving workplace and the role of technology in helping organisations prepare for the future.
The two-day conference brought together more than 500 delegates across more than 20 plenary sessions, covering topics relevant to today’s HR and business landscape. One of the sessions, “Authentic Leadership,” was led by MEF Chief Executive Datuk Seri Rosman Mohamed.
The event also featured strategic partners including PERKESO, HRD Corp and TalentCorp, with Maybank as the rewarding partner. More than 40 exhibitor booths were also present, showcasing solutions and services across areas including HR technology, healthcare, education and media.
Throughout the two-day event, the Transact2 team was on the ground meeting HR professionals, business owners and industry leaders. We had the opportunity to hear directly about the challenges businesses face in managing payroll, employees and day-to-day HR operations.
These conversations also gave us the opportunity to showcase transact2-HR and share how our flexible, all-in-one HR and payroll solution can help businesses simplify their processes, improve efficiency and manage their workforce more effectively.
More importantly, HRNCC 2026 gave us a chance to listen. Speaking directly with HR practitioners and business leaders helped us better understand the priorities and challenges faced by Malaysian employers as the HR landscape continues to evolve.
